Preparation Equipment:
- Band saws for fast and precise cutting of blanks up to 245 mm in diameter.
- Guillotines for cutting blanks up to 25 mm in diameter.
Metalworking Equipment:
- Reducing machines for forming diameters from M20 to M24 before thread rolling.
- CNC machines (lathe and milling) for shaping diameters from M30 to M56 before thread rolling and processing more complex, high-precision components with an accuracy of up to 0.01 mm.
- Universal lathe and milling machines for rough and less precise operations.
- Thread rolling machines for bolts and studs with diameters from M12 to M56.
- Drilling machines for thread cutting with taps up to M30 and hole drilling up to 120 mm.
Hot and Cold Stamping Equipment:
- Hydraulic presses with a force of 25 and 63 tons for forming bolts and nuts from M20 to M64 and bolt lengths up to 1,000 mm.
- Arc-stator presses with a force of 100 and 160 tons for bolts from M20 to M42 and lengths up to 300 mm.
- Mechanical presses for nuts, rivets, and washers.
Heat Treatment Equipment:
- Chamber and shaft-type muffle furnaces for heat treatment and subsequent tempering of products.
Cleaning Equipment:
